I created these projects as I am a local resident, luck enough to live on our Historic High Street. But my interest in the type of ideas I will be showing date back a quarter of a century

1 tsp Seville orange marmalade, preferably homemade (Hawksmoor uses my mum's recipe here)

Ingredients

• 135 ml /1 ½ oz gin
• 45 ml / ½ oz triple sec
• 45 ml / ½ oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
• 0.75 tsp

Ingredients

• 6 ounce* gin
• 3 ounce orange liqueur (triple sec, Cointreau, or clear orange curacao)
• 1 ½ ounce lime juice
• 3 dash angostura and 1 dash orange bitters
• For the garnish: lime wedge

Being an old website some protocols have changed and links look for an index page with a suffix .html rather than the alternative .html. Simplest way to sort was to copy 22 index.html files remaming them index.html there fore whichever the links point to will work.
